Might Delete Later (2024) — J. Cole

Released on April 5, 2024, Might Delete Later is J. Cole’s surprise 12-track project. The release is now most famous for its final track 7 Minute Drill — a diss aimed at Kendrick Lamar that Cole apologized for and removed from streaming services just weeks later.

Other features include Pi (with Daylyt and Ab-Soul), H.Y.B. (with Bas and Central Cee), Fever, and Ready ‘24. The project shows Cole in aggressive, competitive form throughout.

The release became a defining moment in the Drake-Kendrick beef of 2024 — Cole’s public apology and withdrawal from the beef surprised the hip-hop world.
